Pakistani Athar Osama, who dreams of reviving the Golden Age of Islamic Science, has won an award at an event considered to be the Oscars of Science and Technology on Wednesday night at the UN Building, New York.

NUST Made Hybrid Scooter

The National University of Science and Technology (NUST) on Saturday introduced first hybrid scooter and motorcycle, which will be fuel efficient and low in pollution, an official said.

Besides this, the students of NUST have also introduced first hybrid car in Pakistan, which does not produce much pollution and consumes minimal fuel and its different propulsion systems have either common parts or systems.

PakSAT-1R: Pakistan's First Communication Satellite

The Fourteen independent mountains on Earth that are more than 8,000 meters (26,247 ft) high above sea level.
